Foreign Labor Certification H2A Online Processing System (Separate Website)
The H-2A Online System has been developed by the Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration, Office of Workforce Security, and Division of Foreign Labor Certification to allow employers or their agents, who intend to employ nonimmigrant alien worker(s) to perform temporary or seasonal agricultural work to complete and pre-submit their applications (i.e., Forms ETA 750/790 and/or G-28) with DOL via the Web. Completing and pre-submitting H-2A applications online, does not mean your application(s) would be processed for an H-2A labor certification. It only allows you to complete the application online for submission to DOL prior to mailing in your signed application for labor certification review by a DOL Analyst. Before a DOL Analyst can begin to process your application(s), you are required to mail a signed application along with other supporting documents and attachments to the appropriate DOL Regional Offices serving your area of employment. It is important that you thoroughly read the online help section, "Getting Started" before you complete and submit H-2A online. The online help provides step-by-step instructions for completing and submitting H-2As electronically.

Immigration Forms, Fees and Fingerprints (Separate Website)
Welcome to the Forms, Fees and Fingerprints information center. From here you'll be able to find most of what you'll need to apply to for a immigration-related service, benefit, or permit. Many of these forms (benefit applications and petitions) require the payment of a fee in order for BCIS to process (adjudicate) your requests. Some also require applicants to pay an additional and separate fee for fingerprinting. This section will provide you with information on fees and fingerprint requirements. The Forms and Fees page provides information on Immigration forms and how to print them.

   Magistrate Court Forms (Separate Website)
These forms have been developed by the Uniform Forms Committee of the Council of Magistrate Court Judges. They are not mandatory forms for filings in the Magistrate Courts. All Magistrate Courts in Georgia are encouraged to accept pleadings filed using these forms.
