Georgia Landlord Tenant Helpline

Who We Are:

The Georgia Landlord Tenant Helpline provides basic information on Georgia landlord tenant law to both landlords and tenants. It also publishes and distributes the handbook Questions Frequently Asked by Landlords and Tenants. It is not a regulatory agency and it does not provide legal representation.
