	Magistrate Court Forms (Separate Website) These forms have been developed by the Uniform Forms Committee of the Council of Magistrate Court Judges. They are not mandatory forms for filings in the Magistrate Courts. All Magistrate Courts in Georgia are encouraged to accept pleadings filed using these forms. 	Securities and Business Regulation Forms for Georgia (Separate Website) This web site contains a number of forms including (a) forms relating to the regulation of securities such as stocks and bonds and other forms of ownership interests in companies (including a complaint form), (b) charitable organization and paid solicitor forms, relating to the solicitation of donations, and (c) forms for owners of perpetual care cemeteries, dealers of pre-need contracts, and dealers of merchandise.
