Legal Aid of Cobb County is a branch of the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, which provides free civil (non-criminal) legal services to very low-income people living in Cobb County. We also help low-income groups when the members have the same legal problem.
Eligibility depends on household income and the type of legal problem. Cobb County Legal Aid?s services include legal representation and brief services, instruction in self-help, legal advice and referrals. We can make special arrangements for persons with disabilities and do home visits for the homebound. We have a TDD number for the hearing impaired, and use the Georgia Relay Center.
