| Who We Are: |
Listening, Speaking, Understanding. It's a simple concept. Bring both sides of a dispute together. With the assistance of a neutral mediator, enable them to speak their mind fully, and to hear and understand each other. Help them find the common ground that may have existed all along, but was hidden by anger, or fear, or misunderstanding. That is the essence of The Justice Center of Atlanta's mediation program. There are no financial eligibility guidelines. Fees are charged for persons outside of Fulton County and for cases not related to court actions. We do not give legal advice. We mediate between persons in conflict and try to help them find a mutually acceptable resolution of their dispute. Types of conflicts handled: divorce, family, probate, juvenile, education, employment, neighbors, personal injury, contracts, property, and misdemeanor criminal cases. We also do arbitration on a fee for service basis. For Directions, Click Here (MapQuest.com)
