Pracownicy zatrudnieni do prac domowych

Zatrudniając pomoc domową taką jak: Sprzątaczkę, kucharza(ę), ogrodnika czy nianię
do dziecka należy pamiętać o płaceniu podatku na
Ubezpieczenie Społeczne i medyczne. Powinien
o tym wiedzieć, zarówno, pracodawca jak i
pracownik(ca). Pracownikom zatrudnionym do
prac domowych mogą, któregoś dnia, należeć się
świadczenia Ubezpiecznenia Społecznego (SSA) i
zdrowotnego (Medicare). Podatki na świadczenia należy potrącać z pensji pracownika(cy), wpłacać do Urzędu Podatkowego (IRS) a następnie, zarobki zgłaszać do Administracji Ubezpieczeń Społecznych.
Poprzez zgłaszanie zarobków i płacenie podatków
pracownicy uzyskują kredyty uprawniające do świadczeń takich jak: emerytura (juz od 62 roku
życia), renta inwalidzka dla pracownika oraz osób
będących na jego(ej) utrzymaniu. Zaliczana jest do
nich również renta pośmiertna dla uprawnionych członków rodziny, w razie śmierci pracownika.
