ORDERS AND AGREEMENT FOR DIVORCE WITH CHILDREN
These form orders and agreements are for people who want to represent themselves in a divorce in Gwinnett County and who have minor children together with their spouse. If you and your spouse do not have minor children together, you should not use these forms. Instead, use the shorter and simplier versions called Final Decrees and Settlement Agreement for Divorce without Children.
