MODIFYING AND ENFORCING CHILD CUSTODY AND VISITATION

This is the form packet for people who want to file their own Petition for Modification of Child Custody in Gwinnett County.  If you do not currently have a child custody order, you should not use this form packet. Instead, you may be able to use the form packets called Complaint for Divorce With Minor Children or Petition for Legitimation and Custody or Complaint for Separate Maintenance with Children to obtain a child custody order.
